    The first step in creating lasting change is to understand your own body's response to signals that a shift is happening. Without this type of indicator - that is far more than bio-feedback - you will not be sure that you have done the protocols with any effect. It's like thinking of a lemon and experiencing the saliva as though you really are tasting a lemon. Without that sensation, you might not be sure that you had imagined tasting a lemon! With energy work, people often experience a release of tension in their neck. Others will yawn extensively, or even burp. This is your body letting you know it is shifting energy. How do you experience energy shift?
